My name is Sarah. Bearclaw is my nickname, even though I rarely make bear claws.

I am currently the pastry chef at The Hart + The Hunter in the Palihotel in Hollywood.

I have the appetite of a wild animal. I’m not sure which wild animal, but probably the one that eats the most cake.

Tasted your Carmelita’s at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market today. They are fabulous, every taste I enjoy in a dessert. Would you be willing to share your recipe? Thanks
